Lay on bed all day, have a drink or two
Our hair messed up and our shirts are blue
We couldnt leave home like our bed are new
Stuck in each others arm was just me and you
Driving on the hills, have a kiss or more
Sitting side by side comfortably by the shore
Sharing a bottle of beer bought in a convenience store
And slow dancing to our music that is what I adore
Laying on the grass, gazing into each others eyes
Sparkling stars decorated those plain blue skies
We never even realise how fast the time flies
As we lay there waiting till the night dies
